Orientation

My theoretical orientation is best described as Transpersonal: taking a holistic approach to mental, physical, social, emotional, creative, and intellectual needs. I practice a combination of the following types of therapy: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Family Systems, Humanistic, Interpersonal, and Psychodynamic. Some of the thinkers who have influenced me are Carl Jung, Sigmund Freud, Roberto Assagioli, Carl Rogers, Heinz Kohut, and William James. You can view a copy of my CV here.
